My Daily Recommended Fat Intake should be 1039.9 gms.
Which includes the following
Saturated fats is 259.9 gms.
Monosaturated fats is 415. gms.
Polysaturated fats is 363.9 gms.

My Breakfast:
1 cup of tea - 9 Calories
1 fried egg - 64 Calories
100 grams of rice – 49 Calories
Dinner:
light chicken broth - 418 Calories
100 grams of potato – 105 Calories
100 grams of roasted vegetables - 188 Calories
My Supper:
1 hot sandwich - 200 Calories
1 cup of tea - 9 Calories
1 apple - 38 Calories
So my daily sum of calories is 1080. Result is close to normal. And I should not change my daily ration.
